WHAT PROMPTED MATT LEPACEK'S ARREST?

Apparently, this was reporter Matt Lepacek's crime, actually asking a serious question of

pollster Ed Goeas, tool/toadie of "Too Much Rouge" Rudy Giuliani.

Supposedy the CREATURE in the blue shirt ,wearing a tie, is a pollster for GIULIANI named Ed Goeas

I said if I found out the name of the creature in the Blue Shirt with the tie on, I would identify him. I have been advsied his name is Ed Goeas and is a "pollster" for Too Much Rouge Rudy Giuliani.
