Look, let's face it. Based on how horribly Bush screwed up the war, screwed up the country, and thumbed his nose at freedom and everything Americans hold dear such as honesty, privacy,
hard work, etc., the chances of Repubs winning the Presidency next time around were Slim and None, and Slim is out of town.

Now comes a candidate who not only attracts Republicans, but Libertarians, and yes, even Democrats. That person is Ron Paul and he talks straight, is a man of the people, a Medical Doctor, and actually holds close to him those values that Republicans have only given lip service to for years, such as decreased spending, avoiding nation building, getting government out of your private life, dealing with security, dealing with illegal immigration, creating jobs, national health, and yes, actually tell the truth about what is really going on.

Well, like the Jews who demanded the Romans kill Jesus, even though Jesus was one of them, his own party is trying to strap Ron to a virtual cross and crucify him for DARING to speak truth to power.

But, I think the NEO-CONS and Pseduo-Religious Right, have a few surprises in store for them in their plans to eliminate Ron Paul.

For truly is the Vox Populi, the Voice of the People. His message resonates with me and millions like me.

So, in the one corner, you have the toadies, the rich elite , the media hacks like Glenn " I use Ben Gay" Beck, Sean "Snot Brain" Hannity, and the insufferable mouth that whined, Ms. Michele "put every Muslim in a concentration camp" Malkin.
