CHAPTER 635UNAUTHORIZED ENTRIES
Section 635:2

635:2 Criminal Trespass. –
I. A person is guilty of criminal trespass if, knowing that he is not licensed or privileged to do so, he enters or remains in any place.

II. Criminal trespass is a misdemeanor for the first offense and a class B felony for any subsequent offense if the person knowingly or recklessly causes damage in excess of $1,000 to the value of the property of another.

III. Criminal trespass is a misdemeanor if:
(a) The trespass takes place in an occupied structure as defined in RSA 635:1, III; or
(b) The person knowingly enters or remains:
(1) In any secured premises;
(2) In any place in defiance of an order to leave or not to enter which was personally communicated to him by the owner or other authorized person; or
(3) In any place in defiance of any court order restraining him from entering such place so long as he has been properly notified of such order.

IV. All other criminal trespass is a violation.
V. In this section, ""secured premises'' means any place which is posted in a manner prescribed by law or in a manner reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders, or which is fenced or otherwise enclosed in a manner designed to exclude intruders.
VI. In this section, ""property,'' ""property of another,'' and ""value'' shall be as defined in RSA 637:2, I, IV, and V, respectively.

REPUBLICAN DEBATE - THEY WERE AFRAID TO LET RON PAUL SPEAK

One thing was crystal clear. The Republicans were afraid,very afraid. Afraid of who?
They were afraid of the 800 pound gorilla in the match, Dr. Ron Paul, the only Republican on the stage with the huevos to speak truth to power.

One notices that Catcher's Mitt Romney, and "Too Much Rouge" Rudy Giuliani, got the lion's share of questions. And, this was REINFORCED by the fact that "L.A." Larry King, the talk show meister for the network on which the debate was held, IMMEDIATELY after the debate, ONLY brought on Too Much Rouge Rudy, and Catcher's Mitt (and I mean "cather" the way you think I mean probably) to talk. He didn't bring on Dr. Paul, Tancredo, or any of the others. WHY? He didn't even bring on John McCain.

At every opportunity that Dr. Paul WAS given, he made great sense. And, to show how much they were avoiding him, on two questions that, as a doctor, he is uniquely equipped to address, those on health care, they completely ignored him.

So, folks, you and I, average American citizens, are being railroaded as the GOP tries to hide the only really truthful, candidate that appeals to independents, liberals, libertarians, democrats, and republicans.

WE MUST TURN UP THE HEAT. CONTINUE TAKING OVER THE NET...CONTINUE HAMMERING THE MEDIA...SHOW ABC, MSNBC, CNN, FOX, AND THE REST, THAT YOU CANNOT IGNORE THE AVERAGE VOTER. YOU CANNOT PAINT OVER THE BEST CANDIDATE.

REPUBLICAN PRIMARY DEBATE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE

There was so much fertilizer (bullsh*t) coming out of the mouths of those Repubs, I was sure grass was going to spring up from the stage.

In general, Wolf and the rest tried to avoid giving Ron Paul any serious questions and giving him the time to properly answer any given to him.

One thing I particularly got sick of , was watching that lisping crossdresser, "Too Much Rouge" Rudy Giuliani, keep yapping and yapping and yapping.

One thing though, as I watched him prance around on stage with his bright red silk tie, I kept thinking about that video of him with Donald Trump nuzzling him, with Giuliani dressed in drag, complete with lipstick and way too much rouge, and I kept returning to the question that his prancing and yapping kept bringing to mind...

IS RUDY GIULIANI GAY? In fact, that seems to make a reasonable alliteration...
Gay Giuliani. We know Giuliani is divorced, and that the divorce raised a scandal in New York.

AP) Former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's estranged wife has filed for divorce, citing adultery.

The filing by Donna Hanover, 52, came more than a year and a half after Giuliani filed to divorce her, citing cruel and inhuman treatment.

Hanover's lawyer, Helene Brezinsky, said her client rejected the grounds on which Giuliani's divorce was based.

"If there's going to be a divorce, let's have the truth about why — Rudy's open and notorious adultery," she said.

Giuliani spokeswoman Sunny Mindel replied: "There is no purpose in responding to this mudslinging."
