When the question about "Don't Ask , Don't Tell" about Gays in the Military came out, "Too Much Rouge" Rudy Giuliani, again showed his cowardice and refused to answer it.
If they asked Giuliani if HE were gay, which SHOULD have been the question, chances are he would have given the same answer.
